The building is called Mill Place. It is red brick building with green trim and banners.We are on the 3rd floor. Take the elevator or steps to the 3rd floor, left off elevator through the double door and down the hall until you see the green sign next to our door - suite 385.
Parking
Metered parking is available. You may also use space 38 or 83 in the parking lot next to our building, if it is available, at no charge.

We provide two sources of information on how to get to us. The first option is to use one of the online Map Web sites. We've included links to the MapQuest and MapBlast sites for your convenience. The second option is to use the directions we've listed on this page.
Option 1: Maps & Driving Directions using the MapQuest or MapBlast Web sites
You can use either the MapQuest or MapBlast Web sites to find door to door driving directions and maps. BEFORE you click to a go a map site, FIRST read the note below and then click here for MapQuest OR click here for MapBlast
Please Note: When you click on a link to either the MapQuest or MapBlast site a new and separate browser window should open. We’ve set it up this way so you can access both the iARC and map sites at the same time. Sometimes, the map site window will open in front of your current iARC window. Just move and/or re-size the windows for the best viewing arrangement on your computer.
Option 2: Simple Directions listed below
If your are coming from outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area:
From the South
- Take 35W North follow signs for "Downtown Exits"
- go to Fifth Avenue Exit
- follow Fifth Avenue to Washington Avenue South
- turn left on Washington Avenue South
- follow Washington to Third Avenue South
- Turn right on Third Avenue South
- We are on the second block on your right, just before the bridge.
From the North
- Take 35W South
- Exit on Fourth Street S.E.
- Turn right on Fourth Street and Continue for about 3/4 mile to Central Avenue.
- Turn left onto Central Avenue and cross the bridge.
- We are in the first block after the bridge.
From the East
- Take 94 West to the Fifth Street Exit
- Take the Fifth Street Exit to 11th Avenue South (first cross street)
- Turn right on Eleventh Avenue South - Go to Washington Avenue South and turn left onto Washington Avenue
- go to 3rd Avenue South and turn right.
- We are in the second block on your right, just before the bridge
From the West
- Take 394 or 55 to 94 East
- Take 94 East to 35W North (left exit)
- (follow signs for U of M/West Bank Exit)
- follow the next set of signs for Washington Avenue South
- turn left on Washington Avenue South take Washington to Third Avenue South
- turn right on Third Avenue South
- We are on the second block on your right, just before the bridge.
