We are Chad and Jenny
We feel so very honored that you have chosen to read our letter. It is our wish that you find peace during what is likely to be a difficult time. We write this in hopes of easing the weight that rests on your shoulders and would be open to continuing a relationship with you!!

Chad
My identical twin brother and I are the youngest of 8 children, and having more children in our family would mean the world to me! Hearing a child's laughter is the most enjoyable sound. If I would have known that parenting was so rewarding, I would have wanted children sooner. If you decide upon us, I look forward to hearing your child laugh and grow as part of our family. I provide a very comfortable living for our family by selling rare coins for the nation's leading collectible coin company. I love being an involved father, as I don't travel for work and I am home in the evenings. Most of my free time is spent around home being a dad, improving the yard or just hanging out with our neighbors. I also enjoy golfing, softball and fantasy football.

Jenny
I grew up in Southern Minnesota and am the oldest of 4 children. I learned many values and lessons from my family: common sense, hard work and respecting others. I work part-time for Fairview Health Services and love being a mom. I also enjoy taking walks, yoga, art projects, being outdoors, reading and spending time with friends and family. Most of my friends have young children so we are able to schedule lots of play dates. I have had the same best friend since the first grade. I am really looking forward to parenting, loving and nurturing a child through adoption. To think of the feedings, diapers, the baby smell and all of the other precious things that come along with a baby, just puts a huge smile on my face!!

As A Couple
We've known each other since grade school, started dating in college and have been married for 10 years. To this day, we still joke about our shameless flirting! In 2004, our daughter Ava, was born. After struggles with many miscarriages, we are excited to add to our family by adoption and share our love with another child. Our parenting style would be best described as nurturing and we love to have fun!!

Ava
Ava is a very energetic and loving 5-year-old girl. She is a joy to be around and is always looking out for her many friends. She started Kindergarten this year and is actively involved in gymnastics and swimming, and is planning to give soccer a try next!! Since she started school, one of the highlights of her week is the library book she brings home each week; we all run to the back pack to see which one it is. She loves to sing and dance, spend time with her friends, and all of her aunts, uncles and cousins. She also enjoys time with her Grandma and Grandpa. We know Ava will be a wonderful big sister because she is so caring, affectionate and gentle.

Family Fun
As a family, we enjoy taking vacations, which have included Orlando, Chicago, Wisconsin Dells and Northern MN. We also enjoy going to movies and plays, and playing board and card games. Lately, we've had a blast playing Wii sports and Wii fit, especially when the weather is cold or rainy. A local health club membership allows us to frequent the indoor/outdoor pool and also enjoy other activities. Our gentle cats, Guy and Sal, are an important part of our family and we love watching them run and play.

Neighborhood
We live on a quiet street in Savage, just south of Minneapolis. Our house backs up to a soccer field, walking path, ice rink, baseball fields and a park. When we want to go to the park, we just walk out our back door or hop on our bikes! We celebrate everything with our neighbors just for an excuse to have bonfires, picnics and play time.
